Top 5 natural ways to lose weight naturally

I believe there are only two ways to really manage weight, exercise and healthy eating. There is simply no magic shortcut and, although this may seem obvious to some people, it is often overlooked. Now, you're probably wondering if diet and exercise are the only way to lose weight, why did you write this list?

Top 5 natural ways to lose weight naturally

Because there are still natural remedies and recipes that will help you reach your ultimate goal. If you use them in addition to eating better and exercising, they can speed up the process. There are many factors contributing to weight loss / gain, so the solutions below cover a wide range.

Before continuing, you must have a simple understanding of the process followed by your body to lose weight. Fat (with proteins and carbohydrates) is stored energy, pure and simple. Calories are the unit used to measure the potential energy contained in said fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

Your body will convert fat into usable energy through a series of chemical processes. Any excess energy (calories) you do not need will be stored. To lose weight, you need to spend more energy (or calories) than you absorb. When you use more than you absorb, your body uses the stored fat to convert it into energy, which shrinks the fat cells.

He does not disappear; it simply changes shape, like water with steam. Although this is the basic process, you should also consider genetic and environmental factors. The quality of the process described above varies from person to person.

1. Cinnamon Tea

Blood glucose has a direct impact on your weight because it affects your hunger and energy (if you have energy, you will have a much better chance of exercising!).

If your blood glucose is balanced, your appetite is disproportionately large and your body will be less inclined to use fat (energy) rather than storing it.

While the debate on its effectiveness continues, more and more preliminary studies show that cinnamon can help control blood sugar, so why not prepare a spicy cinnamon tea?

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-1 cinnamon stick
-8 ounces of fresh water

Directions

Place the cinnamon in a cup and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Dip for 15 minutes before filtering. Drink 1-2 times a day.

2. Green Tea & Ginger

Green tea has long been debated as aids to weight loss, and further research is needed to confirm or deny its effectiveness. While some studies have not revealed anything, others have identified three main components of green tea that could help manage caffeine, catechins and theanine.

Caffeine is simply a global stimulant for your system and speeds up a number of bodily processes, including weight-related metabolism (technically, metabolism refers to all the biological processes of a living organism necessary for survival.)

Catechins are considered antioxidant flavonoids and are superior in green tea rather than black tea because of a difference in treatment (black tea is fermented.) Although the mechanism remains to be determined, in vitro studies and in vivo have shown that catechins can help reduce the absorption of lipids (fats) by the intestinal tract.

Theanine is an amino acid contained in green tea that can promote the release of dopamine, the chemical that makes you "happy" and relaxed. If you tend to eat because of stress, this can be helpful. It also neutralizes caffeine so you are not worried. Ginger added to green tea will help improve digestion and add a little flavor - no sugar or milk in this tea!

You will need…

-1/2 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped OR ½ teaspoon ground ginger
-1 teaspoon of green tea
-8 ounces of fresh water
-Raw, organic honey (optional)

Directions

Place the green tea and ginger in a colander or sieve and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Soaking green tea too long can leave a bitter taste, so do not exceed 3-4 minutes. You can incorporate some raw honey if you really need to sweeten it, but avoid milk or sugar at all costs. Drink 1 to 2 cups a day on an empty stomach.

3. Rose Petal Water

The benefits of rose petal water are further underpinned by anecdotal evidence that it's nothing, but that's no reason to rule out this sweet and refreshing drink. Rose petals act as a very mild diuretic. Diuretics encourage your kidneys to put more sodium (salt) in your urine.

This excess salt in turn draws water from your blood, which decreases the amount of water in your circulatory system. It's not a "permanent" weight loss - just the weight of the water - but the action encourages you to drink more and keep your system clean and hydrated. Believe it or not, staying hydrated can be extremely beneficial for losing weight.

You will need…

-Handful of fresh or dried rose petals
-Distilled water (roughly 1-2 cups)
-A pot with a tightly fitting lid
Note: Be sure, especially if using fresh rose petals, that they have not been treated with any sort of chemical (insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc.)

Directions

Place the pan on the stove, add the rose petals and add just enough distilled water to cover them completely. If some float at the top, it does not matter. Cover the pot with a tightly fitting lid and simmer until the petals lose almost all their color, about 15 to 20 minutes. Filter the liquid into a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. Drink about ½ to 1 cup each morning on an empty stomach.

4. Ginseng

Ginseng is one of 11 perennials with fleshy roots belonging to the genus Panax. Although there are different types of ginseng, the two that you should use - also those that have been the subject of the most controlled double-blind studies - are American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) and Asian or Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng.).

widely known as a stimulant to speed up a slow metabolism, this description does not do it justice. The highest quality of ginseng is that it can help fight fatigue and boost energy and mental alertness (in a 2010 double-blind randomized study, 290 cancer patients at the Mayo Clinic were receiving Ginseng every day and it was found to fight even disabling fatigue by chemotherapy.)

It's huge when it comes to losing weight - without energy, it's hard to get exercise. Without exercise, it is almost impossible to lose weight, at least in a healthy way. In addition to stimulating energy, it seems that it can help manage blood sugar, which also affects energy levels and appetite.

You will need…

-1 teaspoon of chopped American or Korean ginseng
-8 ounces of fresh water
-raw honey/lemon to taste (optional)

Directions

Roughly cut the root and measure 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Bring the water to a boil then pour over the ginseng, letting it steep for 5 to 9 minutes. Drain, add honey or lemon if you wish and drink once or twice a day.

5. Chew Gum

Chewing gum is a great way to make your brain (and your stomach) believe that it gets more than it gets. The flavor of the gum reduces appetite and limits the desire to nibble something bad for your health. It also stimulates the flow of saliva, whose enzymes help break down starches and fats.

You will need…

-1 piece of natural sugar free gum

Directions

When you feel the need to start eating, insert a piece of chewing gum instead.
