12 All Natural Beauty Tips For Any Skin

1. Eliminate Tired Puffy Eyes With Chilled Tea Bags

Briefly dip 2 green, black or chamomile tea bags in hot water for less than 1 minute. Then remove the tea bags from the water and put them in the refrigerator in a small bowl. Once cool, place 1 bag on each closed eyelid. Leave on your eyelids for 5 to 15 minutes. Watch this video if you want to see me explain this.

2. Use Raspberries And Coconut Oil For Brighter Lips

Natural Beauty Tips Brighter Lips

In a small saucepan over low heat, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until it is liquefied. Remove from heat and add 4 fresh or frozen red raspberries. Crush the berries and mix until smooth. Place in a small glass container and refrigerate until firm. Use clean fingers or a lip brush to smooth the lips. Do this fresh every few days.

3. Get A Natural Face Lift With Simple Yoga Poses

Natural Beauty Tips Natural Lift And Vitality

Doing inverted postures before pictures, interviews and meetings can improve circulation and give your face more strength and vitality. You perform the "dog down" yoga posture by leaning on the ground, on all fours, and then straightening your legs. Or, simply, lean forward and reach your toes. Stay in one of these positions as long as you feel comfortable for about 1 to 5 minutes. If you have physical limitations such as injury or back pain, talk to your health care provider about how to change this posture. Here are 7 different poses that you can do for a glowing skin.

4. Get Soft, Kissable Skin With A Natural Pomegranate, Raspberry, and Sweet Almond Oil Blend

Natural Beauty Tips Turn Dry Skin Into Luminous Soft Skin

Moisturize dry skin naturally and add extra shine at the end of your skincare routine by creating an oil blend rich in natural antioxidants. Apply after cleansing or after makeup. Mix pomegranate seed oil, raspberry seed oil and sweet almond oil in equal parts.

Place 3 to 6 drops of the oil mixture in the palm of your hand, rub your hands to warm the oils. Then gently squeeze warm oil into the dry areas of your face or where you have fine lines and wrinkles.

5. Reduce Skin Creases By Changing Your Pillowcase

Instead of coarser fabrics, choose a soft, silky pillowcase to reduce the friction and compression of the skin that occurs during your sleep and leaves you with extra lines in the morning. If you sleep on your side, try changing sides occasionally or sleeping on your back, so your face does not crease over time due to pressure in some places. But do not worry about it ... in the end, you want to be comfortable, because quality sleep is essential to natural beauty. Here are some beauty tips for sleeping with my friend Kathy Smith.

6. Hydrate Dry Skin With Coconut Water

Natural Beauty Tips Hydrate Dry Skin

Start your day with a glass of unsweetened fresh coconut water. And all day long, drink filtered water. At meals, eat moisturizing skin foods such as wild salmon, avocado, olives and coconut.

7. Prevent Sun Damaged Skin By Eating Wild Salmon

Prevent Sun Damaged Skin By Eating Wild Salmon

Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin from the damaging effects of the sun's UVA rays, acting almost like an internal sunscreen. It is found in seafood such as salmon, krill, shrimp, lobster, crabs and crayfish. You can also get Astaxanthin through supplements.

Consume several servings of wild salmon and seafood a week and plan to take a daily supplement, especially during the sunny times of the year. You also want to protect your skin outdoors with a natural sunscreen.

8. Remove Dead Skin And Revitalize Your Face With An Organic Papaya Mask

Many scrubs contain abrasive ingredients that scratch your skin, which can damage it and accelerate the signs of aging. Instead, it is best to use an enzymatic exfoliant. Papaya contains the natural enzyme papain and pineapple, the enzyme bromelain, which helps to naturally exfoliate the skin to keep it smooth and soft. Greener papayas (unripe) contain larger amounts of papain. So opt for them to make the most of it. If you have sensitive skin, use ripe papayas as they are less likely to trigger an inflammatory reaction.

Take a quarter cup of raw papaya meat and mash it or mix with 1 tablespoon of fresh pineapple until smooth. Apply on dry skin and leave on for 5 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with cold water. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch-test on your arm before applying it to the face.

The alpha-hydroxy acids and enzymes in this recipe dissolve dry and dead skin. You only have to do it once or twice a week.

9. Turn Mineral Makeup Powder Into A Natural Sunblock

Turn Mineral Makeup Powder Into A Natural Sunblock

Use a tinted mineral sunscreen instead of a foundation or mix your favorite mineral makeup powder with sunscreen like this to get a natural, lightweight makeup that protects your skin from the harmful effects of the sun. Sunscreens based on minerals (zinc oxide) sometimes appear white and pasty; therefore, adding a mineral hue for makeup helps your skin look shiny and smooth. Watch this video tutorial to see how.

10. Hydrate And Nourish Lips With Shea Butter

Traditional chapel sticks contain petroleum jelly, mineral oil and oxybenzone, which disrupt hormones. Replace with nourishing natural ingredients such as shea butter (or cocoa butter) and coconut oil. Make your own lip using equal parts of these ingredients or follow my friend Katie's (Mama's) DIY recipe here.

11. Get Clear Radiant Skin By Cutting Sugar Out

Natural Beauty Tips Clear Radiant Skin

Sugar is the main inflammation factor that appears on the skin in the form of acne, itchy dry skin and wrinkles. Try to cut the sugar off your diet for 10 days, especially if you have an important day ahead and want to be at your best.

12. Reduce Fine Lines And Wrinkles With Bone Broth

Collagen helps to give our skin a complexion and is essential for reducing wrinkles and fine lines. Since production naturally depletes as we get older, consider taking a high quality collagen supplement from a clean source. Bone broth and gelatin contain collagen and vitamin C helps the production of collagen. My colleague, Dr. KellyAnn Petrucci, loves bone broth and explains how it can make you younger.
