Blackheads are estimates of small black skin that are often found on the face, especially on the nose and occasionally on the back.
These black projections form a plug blocking the sebaceous glands of the skin.
They are due to an excessive production of "sebum" (fatty substance) of the sebaceous gland which hardens slowly when they mix with dead skin and bacteria.
The sebum is exposed to the oxygen of the air, oxidizes and becomes black.
When they are down to the opening of the hole, they appear white or yellow bumps, which are synchronized and called white names.
